This boutique hotel, located in a former 18th century cortijo-almazara, is surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and vineyards, offering an environment full of history and culture. Its mission is to preserve the essence of the farmhouse, transforming it into an enchanting accommodation full of magic for its guests.

The Clavero family, who are responsible for the hotel, continue the tradition of producing our own olive oil through an early harvest of green olives, a detail that highlights the authenticity and quality of the experience we offer.

Under the direction of Chef José Cantos, they enjoyed a delicious paella, followed by a wine tasting of ‘Descalzos Viejos’ while sharing a glass of wine among the majestic centenary olive trees.
